The University has its own schedule of events, some of which involve the Class of ’66. This first update is just for our four 55th Reunion programs and events. We’ll get to the rest in subsequent updates.

1. Friday, May 21 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (EDT): The Class of 1966 Service of Remembrance

A truly moving and meaningful experience that Jim Parmentier, Tim Smith, Dan Skvir, and Steve Harwood have created for us. Come share beautiful memories of Princeton and classmates no longer with us.

3. Tuesday, May 25 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm (EDT): The Princeton Prize in Race Relations Update

Our Class Service Project that Henry Von Kohorn founded in 2003 has become a national program. PPRR now operates in 28 regions across the U.S. and has honored over 1,748 high school students. Henry, Owen Mathieu, and Board Chair Arati Johnston ’84 will present, followed by Q&A. Stay informed on a successful project the Class of ’66 can be proud of.

4. Thursday, May 27 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm (EDT): The Class of 1966 Locomotive Award

If you haven’t been to one of our Locomotive Award ceremonies, either in person or virtual, you’re missing out on an opportunity to hear a great talk, followed by Q&A. Don’t miss this one. This year’s recipient is Mark Levine, Senior Advisor of the China Energy Group at LNBL, and Mark's talk promises to be both informative and relevant.

May 6. UPDATE #2

This is the second in a series of updates and information on our 55th. It details the University scheduled events which involve classmates and the Class of ’66.

We have had the maximum of 3 classmates chosen to be panelists on the Alumni-Faculty Forums once again. A tribute to the talent in our class!

Below are the Alumni-Faculty Forums '66ers are participating in. Plan to attend and support our classmates.

1.  A-F Forum: Thursday, May 20 @ 4:00 pm - 5:15 pm (EDT)
U.S. – China Relations: From Engagement to Strategic Competition.  Panel Member:  Alice Miller '66

2.  A-F Forum: Friday, May 21 @ 3:30 pm – 4:45 pm (EDT)
Sustainability Now: Changing the Way We Do Business.
Panel Member:  Mark Levine '66

3.  A-F Forum: Saturday, May 22 @ 3:30 pm – 4:45 pm (EDT)
The Aftermask: How COVID-19 Will Change Public Health
Panel Member:  Bruce Ribner '66

Then, as we “march through campus” with all the other classes in the online P-rade ("V-rade"), our class will have a 3-minute collection of photos and videos.

4.  Online P-rade:  Saturday, May 22, @ 2:00 pm (EDT)

Detailed information about the Alumni-Faculty Forums and the V-rade are posted on the Reunions website. All of our Class programs and all of the University programs are online this year, in case there is any confusion. We will be emailing lots of instructions and details about the Cocktail party and the other Class events over the next 17 days. Please do not worry. There will be plenty of help for those feeling tech anxiety.
